1. Introduction

Welcome to Skironix, an AI-powered aviation compliance platform operated by Skironix SARLS ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our platform at skironix.com and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to: (a) provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account; (b) maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access; (c) use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable aviation regulations; (d) not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any content provided through the Service without our prior written consent; and (e) not use the Service to transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful material. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Account Usage

Access to certain features of the Service requires registration and the creation of an account. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. Each account is for the personal use of a single individual or, in the case of organisational accounts, for the designated users within that organisation. Sharing account credentials with unauthorised parties is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used in violation of these Terms & Conditions, with or without prior notice.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. 5. Payments & Subscriptions

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. By selecting a paid plan, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). All fees are quoted in Euros (€) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our sole discretion and are generally not available for partially used subscription periods. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, content, interfaces, databases, and underlying technology, is owned by Skironix SARLS and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service solely for your own lawful compliance and informational purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its underlying software. Any content you upload or submit to the Service remains your property; however, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process and use such content solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

The information provided through the Service is intended for general informational and compliance-assistance purposes only and does not constitute legal or regulatory advice. Skironix SARLS makes no warranty that the information provided is complete, accurate, or current. Aviation regulations are subject to frequent change and the Service may not reflect the most recent amendments at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Skironix SARLS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
